With her extensive knowledge and over 15 years in the field of plastic surgery, she’s the go-to person for any plastic surgery or cosmetic inquiries. Tiffany ensures all patients’ needs are met efficiently and with care, with her impeccable eye and attention for detail; she keeps everything operating efficiently in the office. Guided by the philosophy of caring, Rick provides anesthesia with expertise and empathy.

Hannah is Dr. Phillips’ indispensable right hand in the operating room. Beginning as a surgical technologist in 2008, she advanced to become a First Assist in 2015. With extensive experience in both outpatient facilities and hospital settings, Hannah’s familiarity with cosmetic procedures is unparalleled. Her years of collaboration with Dr. Phillips enable her to anticipate his needs in the OR, contributing to the overall success of each surgery.
